Condition: Fair. Has some yellowing and some small holes. Sold to Harrison Levy February 2000.

One of the preceeding two flags was donated by Mr. Levy to Oklahoma City on Memorial Day 2000 along with a donation to provide for professional mounting and display for the public. Oklahoma was the 46th State.
The flag being presented by Harrison Levy (left) to Oklahoma City Mayor Kirk Humphries (right) and the City Council at a Council Meeting. The flag will be displayed in the reception room of the Mayor's office.
